About this deal
This is the version of the Qatar Airways fare I would actually book:
Belgrade → Sharjah, a few nights in the UAE, then Sharjah → Doha,
3 nights in Qatar, and Doha → Belgrade — all in Qatar Airways Business Class.
Direct pricing on Qatar Airways has been showing at roughly
€1,319–€1,349 total, which is close enough to the cheapest OTA prices
that there is very little reason to complicate the booking through a third party.
The biggest improvement over a normal Sharjah return is the schedule.
Instead of taking the unpleasant 05:25 departure from Sharjah,
the multi-city version lets you take a much more civilised
11:25 Sharjah → Doha flight, spend 3 nights in Doha,
then fly home from Doha.
One important detail: this exact multi-city version is not necessarily shown on Skyscanner.
Search it directly on the Qatar Airways website using the Multi-city option.

Reference flight schedule
Qatar Airways Business Class · 1 stop in Doha
Belgrade 11:55 → Doha 18:55
1h30 connection
Doha 20:25 → Sharjah 22:40
Total journey time: 7h45.
This is a very clean outbound with a short but practical Doha connection.
Qatar Airways Business Class · nonstop
Sharjah 11:25 → Doha 11:35
Flight time: around 1h10.
This is the key to making the multi-city version work:
you avoid the horrible pre-dawn Sharjah departure and arrive in Doha around lunchtime.
There are several SHJ → DOH departures available.
Choose the one that best suits your hotel checkout and preferred schedule.
Qatar Airways Business Class · nonstop
Doha 07:40 → Belgrade 10:55
Flight time: around 5h15.
The 07:40 departure is still early, but it is far more manageable after
3 nights in Doha than a 05:25 departure from Sharjah.

Fare proof
Qatar Airways was showing the full multi-city itinerary from around €1,318.75, which we round to €1,319. Similar useful combinations were found up to around €1,349.
Search Qatar Airways →The Qatar Airways fare display showed: 40 kg checked baggage, 2 cabin bags up to 15 kg total, lounge access, and Business Class throughout the itinerary. Fare-change, cancellation and seat-selection conditions depend on the exact fare rules shown at checkout.

How to find this fare + important details
This exact Sharjah + Doha multi-city combination may not appear on Skyscanner,
even when Qatar Airways is selling it directly at a very good price.
Go to Qatar Airways and choose Multi-city, then enter:
Belgrade → Sharjah,
Sharjah → Doha,
and Doha → Belgrade.
The saving between the cheapest OTA and Qatar Airways direct was minimal,
so Dino strongly recommends booking directly with Qatar Airways.
1. A320 on the longer flights:
Qatar Airways is scheduling A320 aircraft on the Belgrade sectors.
It is still Qatar Airways Business Class, but this is not the widebody Qsuite-style experience many people associate with the airline.
2. Final departure is still early:
07:40 from Doha is much better than the original 05:25 Sharjah departure,
but it still requires an early hotel departure.
3. Ground costs:
UAE and Doha hotels, restaurants and activities can add considerably to the total trip cost.
4. Search method matters:
this is a multi-city fare and may not surface properly on standard return searches.
Build it manually on Qatar Airways.
5. Regional product:
the short SHJ ↔ DOH sector is sold as a premium cabin, but Dino simply treats the entire itinerary as
Qatar Airways Business Class and does not promise a particular regional seat type.

Booking instructions
Open Qatar Airways and choose Multi-city. Enter the three legs separately: BEG → SHJ, SHJ → DOH, DOH → BEG. The direct-airline price is close enough to the cheapest OTA that I would not sacrifice airline-direct support for a tiny saving.
Open Qatar Airways →Qatar operates multiple Sharjah–Doha options. Do not automatically choose an awful overnight or pre-dawn flight just because it appears first. Pick the one that gives you a comfortable hotel checkout and still lets you enjoy the first day in Doha.
Search multi-city →Standard search engines can show the simple Sharjah return, but the better UAE + Doha version may not appear at all. Qatar's own multi-city search gives you direct control over the stopover and the SHJ → DOH departure time.
View Qatar fare proof →Read each line as: Belgrade → Sharjah / Sharjah → Doha / Doha → Belgrade. Search these directly on Qatar Airways using the Multi-city option.
Excellent value for a genuine two-country Qatar Airways Business Class trip. Around €1,319–€1,349 booked directly with Qatar, a useful UAE stay, a deliberate 3-night Doha stopover and sensible connections make this far more interesting than the simple Sharjah return. The A320 long sectors, early final departure and relatively high ground costs keep it below 9.

The reference Qatar Airways multi-city itinerary gives you roughly 5 nights in the UAE + 3 nights in Doha. That is a very workable split, but I would not automatically spend all five UAE nights in Sharjah. Sharjah is a perfectly valid entry point for Dubai — especially when the airfare or hotel saving is strong — but road traffic between the two emirates can be heavy, so your hotel location matters.
My preferred approach is either 2 nights Sharjah + 3 nights Dubai, or stay all five nights in Sharjah only if the accommodation saving is substantial and you do not mind using taxis / ride-hailing for Dubai days. Doha then works very well as a separate 3-night stop before flying home.
How I would search for the hotels
Start with the full UAE stay and Doha stay separately. Compare the total cost of one Sharjah hotel for all five nights against a Sharjah + Dubai split. The cheapest room is not always the cheapest trip once daily taxi time is added.
Sharjah often has better-value hotels than central Dubai. Check Al Majaz, Al Khan and the Dubai-border side of the emirate.
If you plan to spend most days in Dubai, compare 2 nights Sharjah + 3 nights Dubai against staying in Sharjah and commuting every day.
For only three nights, pay a little more for a central location so you are not wasting time on transfers.
Browse Booking.com with Karma active, then do one final Trivago comparison before paying. Always compare the exact room and conditions.
Best areas to stay in Sharjah
Does it make sense to use Sharjah for Dubai?
Flying into Sharjah International Airport can make perfect sense even if Dubai is a major part of the trip. The two emirates are neighbours, and many travellers use Sharjah because flights and hotels can be cheaper. The problem is road traffic: a trip that looks short on the map can take much longer during busy periods.
Enjoy Sharjah properly, then move hotels once and spend the final UAE nights closer to Dubai's main sights.
Works if the Sharjah hotel is significantly cheaper and you only plan two or three focused Dubai days.
Saving €20 on the hotel is not worth losing an hour or more in traffic every day. Compare the complete trip cost.
If Dubai is your main destination, compare the hotel saving against taxi / ride-hailing costs + time lost in traffic. If Sharjah is only slightly cheaper, stay in Dubai. If the saving is substantial, Sharjah can be a smart gateway.
Best areas to stay in Doha
Is 3 nights in Doha enough?
For this itinerary, 3 nights in Doha is exactly what I would choose. You arrive around lunchtime from Sharjah, giving you most of the first day, then two full days before the early flight home.
Safety + important do nots
Do not bring or use illegal drugs:
the UAE and Qatar have strict drug laws and penalties can be severe.
Do not assume something legal at home is automatically legal here.
Do not get publicly drunk:
alcohol is restricted and generally limited to licensed venues.
Public intoxication or disorderly behaviour can create serious problems.
Sharjah is particularly conservative and is effectively a dry emirate.
Do not photograph people or sensitive sites carelessly:
avoid photographing strangers without permission, and do not take pictures around military, government or security-sensitive areas.
Respect dress and behaviour:
ordinary tourist clothing is fine in most places, but dress more conservatively in mosques, government buildings and traditional areas.
Public displays of affection should be kept modest.
Do not assume Dubai rules apply everywhere in Sharjah:
Sharjah is more conservative than Dubai, especially regarding alcohol and nightlife.
If nightlife is a major part of your trip, base yourself in Dubai rather than expecting Sharjah to offer the same experience.
Road safety:
traffic can be fast and aggressive, particularly on major roads.
Use marked crossings and do not assume drivers will always stop.
Taxis:
official taxis and ride-hailing apps are the simplest option.
In Dubai / Sharjah, Uber and Careem are useful; in Doha, Uber and official Karwa taxis are common.
Always check the plate / driver in the app before entering.
Heat and sun:
November is one of the more comfortable periods, but midday sun can still be strong.
Hydrate and do not underestimate outdoor exposure.
