About this deal
This is one of those Business Class fares that is interesting for more than just getting from A to B.
Air Europa is operating selected Madrid–Amsterdam rotations with a Boeing 787-9,
giving you the airline's proper long-haul 1-2-1 fully-flat Business Class seat with direct aisle access
on a flight of only around 2h40.
You may reasonably ask: who actually needs a full-flat bed on a 2½-hour flight?
Probably nobody. But if you are considering Air Europa Business Class for a much longer trip to
South America, this is an unusually cheap way to test the seat, service and overall product in Europe
before spending several thousand euros on a long-haul ticket.
The reference itinerary is 24–28 November 2026 at €383.65 return,
booked directly with Air Europa via Skyscanner. You get four nights in Amsterdam,
an early arrival on day one and a late departure on the final day — enough time to enjoy the city properly.
Aircraft: Boeing 787-9 both ways
Seat: 1-2-1 · fully flat · direct aisle access
Checked baggage: 2 × 32 kg
Carry-on: 2 pieces · max 14 kg shown
Personal item: included
Priority boarding: included
Reference flight schedule
Air Europa UX1091 · Boeing 787-9
Madrid Barajas T2 07:00 → Amsterdam Schiphol 09:40
Flight time: 2h40
The early start is the only minor inconvenience, but landing before 10:00 gives you almost the entire first day in Amsterdam.
Skyscanner shows the 787 Business cabin with 1-2-1 seating, full-flat seats and direct aisle access.
Air Europa UX1094 · Boeing 787-9
Amsterdam Schiphol 19:00 → Madrid Barajas T2 21:45
Flight time: 2h45
This is an excellent return timing for a city break because you keep almost the whole final day in Amsterdam
before flying home in the evening.

A simple nonstop European city break — the unusual part is the long-haul 787 Business Class product operating the route.

We deliberately filtered the departure times to show the Boeing 787-9 rotations. Air Europa may swap aircraft for operational reasons, so check the aircraft type again before booking if trying the long-haul Business product is the main reason for your trip.
Fare proof
Air Europa's own booking page showed the reference itinerary at €383.65 return. The fare includes 2 × 32 kg checked bags, 2 carry-on bags, a personal item, complimentary Business seat selection and priority boarding.
Check the reference fare →The screenshot shows Business Standard and changes allowed with a penalty. Lounge access is not shown in the supplied fare proof, so I am not counting it as part of the deal here.
Why this fare is special
No, you do not need a fully-flat bed between Madrid and Amsterdam. That is exactly why this deal is fun. If you are curious about booking Air Europa Business Class to South America later, this lets you test the 787-9 seat, 1-2-1 layout, direct aisle access and service style for a fraction of the price of a long-haul premium ticket — while getting a four-night Amsterdam break at the same time.
Aircraft swaps. The value of this deal is heavily tied to the Boeing 787-9. We filtered the flight times specifically to show the 787 rotations, but aircraft assignments can change. If the lie-flat 1-2-1 product is the reason you are booking, verify the aircraft again immediately before payment and keep in mind that operational substitutions can still happen later.

Booking options
Some online agencies were showing approximately the same fare. When the difference is only a euro or two, I see very little reason to add an extra middleman to a Business Class booking.
Compare sellers →Air Europa itself was only around €1 more than the cheapest OTA. For that difference, booking with the airline is the obvious choice — especially if an aircraft or schedule change occurs later.
Check Air Europa direct fare →Air Europa can operate different aircraft on European services. The dates and times below were filtered specifically to show the Boeing 787-9. Before paying, confirm that both UX1091 and UX1094 still display the 787-9 and the 1-2-1 full-flat Business cabin.
Recheck the 787-9 fare →These are the date combinations we filtered around the same four-night pattern. Always confirm the aircraft again because the 787-9 is the whole point of this deal.
Dino Elite — an almost absurd amount of Business Class product for a 2h40 European flight. The fare combines a real 787-9 flat-bed seat, excellent baggage, direct airline booking and a very practical four-night Amsterdam break. The only meaningful caveat is the possibility of an aircraft swap.

Dino hotel guide · Amsterdam
The reference Air Europa Business Class trip gives you 4 nights in Amsterdam from 24 to 28 November 2026. That is a very good city-break length: enough for the historic centre, museums, neighbourhoods and one optional half-day or day trip without needing to rush.
How to use Booking.com + Karma + Trivago
Amsterdam can be expensive, and the cheapest hotel on the map is not always the cheapest trip. A hotel that saves €30 per night but adds long transfers every morning and evening can quickly become false economy.
Keep the extension active while you search.
Use 24–28 November 2026 and your exact guest count.
Check bed, breakfast, cancellation, taxes and payment timing.
If the same stay appears cheaper, follow Karma's own redirect.
If Karma finds nothing useful, compare the same hotel and dates one last time.
Amsterdam price trap: always compare the final payable total, not just the headline room rate. Local tourist taxes and different cancellation or breakfast conditions can make two apparently similar offers very different.

Precautions + things not to do
November reality: expect cool, damp and windy weather. Bring a waterproof layer and shoes you are comfortable walking in. Amsterdam is much more enjoyable when you are prepared to spend large parts of the day outside.
