A very strong direct fare from London to Orlando with Norse Atlantic Airways,
booked directly with the airline after clicking through Skyscanner.
The headline Economy Light fare is £310 return and includes
1 personal item + 1 regular cabin bag, but no checked baggage and no meal.
The Economy Classic fare is £385 return and adds
1 x 23 kg checked bag + meal, making it my preferred option for most travellers.
The reference itinerary is 2-9 December 2026, giving you
a simple 7-night Orlando trip.
Economy Classic: £385 return
Wednesday, 2 December 2026
Direct Norse Atlantic Airways flight from London to Orlando.
A very practical daytime departure, arriving in Florida in the afternoon.
Wednesday, 9 December 2026
Direct overnight Norse Atlantic Airways flight back to London.
Departure at 16:50 gives you much of the final day in Orlando before the overnight journey home.

The £310 Light fare is excellent if you can genuinely travel with cabin baggage only.
But for only £75 more return, Economy Classic adds
1 x 23 kg checked bag and a meal.
For a one-week Florida trip, that makes the Classic fare considerably more practical
while still keeping the total price under £400 return.
We found seven useful combinations, but they are all concentrated
within a relatively short period from late November to early December.
That is enough to make the deal bookable, but it does not offer the broad date flexibility
of a fare available across several months.
Also remember that Economy Light does not include checked baggage or a meal,
so compare the final total before choosing between Light and Classic.
Includes 1 personal item + 1 regular cabin bag.
No checked baggage and no meal.
This is the best option if you travel genuinely light and want the absolute lowest fare.
Includes the cabin allowance plus 1 x 23 kg checked bag and a meal.
For only £75 more return,
this is the fare I would choose for most one-week Florida trips.
We found seven combinations, but availability is concentrated around late November and early December 2026. The 2-9 December itinerary is the reference trip.
A very strong direct Florida fare with excellent pricing, perfect routing, very usable schedules and a strong Economy Classic upgrade. The main weakness is that all seven dates are concentrated in a short late-November / early-December window.

Orlando is one of those destinations where I would not recommend one single hotel for everyone. A family spending most days at Walt Disney World has very different needs from someone focusing on Universal, SeaWorld, shopping or a wider Florida road trip.
For the 2-9 December reference trip, I would use the full 7 nights in Orlando if the theme parks are the main reason for travelling. Visit Orlando itself recommends at least a week because of the sheer number of attractions and theme parks. For the longer combinations of 12-15 nights, I would spend around 6-7 nights in Orlando and use the remaining time to see another part of Florida.
If this is your first Orlando trip and you are coming mainly for the theme parks, I would allocate at least 6-7 nights. Walt Disney World alone has four major theme parks, while Universal Orlando now has multiple parks, so trying to fit everything into three or four days becomes exhausting very quickly.
Stay in Orlando for the full week. This lets you mix park days with at least one slower day for shopping, Disney Springs, International Drive or simply recovering by the hotel pool.
Keep the main Orlando portion intact, then spend roughly 4-5 nights elsewhere in Florida. This gives the longer fare much more value than simply extending the same hotel stay.
This is enough time for a proper two-part Florida trip: Orlando first, followed by the Space Coast, St. Augustine, Gulf Coast or a combination of them.
I would choose the hotel area based on the parks you expect to visit most often. Orlando is spread out, and staying on the wrong side of the city can mean unnecessary driving every morning and evening.
Stay around Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs or on Disney property. Being closer to the parks can matter more than saving a small amount on the nightly rate.
Choose Universal / International Drive. You will reduce daily travel and still have plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby at night.
Compare suites, apartments and villas around Kissimmee. A kitchen, separate bedroom and laundry can be more valuable than a traditional hotel on a longer stay.
Prioritise hotels with reliable park transportation. A cheaper room far from your main parks can become less attractive once ride-share costs are added every day.
I would not try to visit every major park in seven days. Pick the parks that actually matter to your family and leave at least one lighter day.
The longer late-November / early-December combinations are where this deal becomes especially interesting. Instead of spending 12-15 nights entirely around Orlando, I would turn it into a small Florida road trip.
Dino 15-night idea: Orlando 7 nights → Kennedy Space Center / Cocoa Beach 2 nights → St. Augustine 2 nights → Tampa / Clearwater 3 nights → Orlando airport area 1 final night.Go west to Clearwater / St. Pete or south towards Sarasota. This makes more sense than trying to squeeze Miami into a short extension.
Combine Kennedy Space Center / Cocoa Beach with St. Augustine. This is my favourite non-theme-park extension from Orlando for first-time Florida visitors.
Possible on the longest fare combinations, but this becomes a much bigger road trip. I would only add South Florida if you have at least five spare nights after Orlando.
Before choosing a hotel, compare the complete cost:
nightly rate, resort fees, parking, breakfast, park transport and the cost of getting to Disney or Universal every day.
A hotel that looks £20 cheaper per night can easily become the more expensive option once parking and ride-share costs are added.
For families, I would also compare apartment-style accommodation and villas,
particularly on the 12-15 night combinations where having a kitchen and laundry facilities can make a big difference.
