Seoul
from €491 return
About this deal
A very strong nonstop long-haul fare from Warsaw to Seoul with
LOT Polish Airlines. The reference trip is
26 November – 09 December 2026, giving you 13 nights in South Korea.
The cheapest fare I found was around €491 return with Mytrip via Skyscanner Malta.
However, this is one of those cases where I would seriously consider paying a little more and choosing
LOT directly from the vendor list on Skyscanner, especially if you want checked baggage
or other add-ons.
LOT's Economy Saver includes an 8 kg cabin bag + personal item.
A fare including 1 × 23 kg checked baggage was around
€601 return, which is excellent value for a nonstop intercontinental ticket with such a generous baggage allowance.
There are many more dates available. I selected the combinations below because they offered
a useful mix of trip lengths and pricing. The strongest value is concentrated in winter;
fares rise noticeably by April, so I would treat this as a winter-value Seoul deal rather than a cherry-blossom fare.
Routing: nonstop both ways
Aircraft: Boeing 787
Alternative: LOT direct from vendor list
Checked-bag fare: about €601 with 1 × 23 kg

At around €491 return, getting from Warsaw to Seoul nonstop in both directions is excellent value. You avoid the extra airport, missed-connection risk and several additional hours of travel that often come with cheaper one-stop fares. LOT also operates the route with the Boeing 787, with meals, beverages and inflight entertainment included.
1. Mytrip is the cheapest headline: the €491 fare is through Mytrip via Skyscanner Malta.
Check the final fare conditions carefully before payment.
2. LOT direct is my preferred option if the difference is reasonable:
LOT also appears in the Skyscanner vendor list. This can be especially worthwhile if you want
baggage, seats or later servicing handled directly by the airline.
3. Baggage: LOT Economy Saver shows 1 × 8 kg cabin baggage + 1 personal item.
The fare with 1 × 23 kg checked baggage was around €601 return when checked.
4. Fare rules: the Saver fare shown was non-refundable,
with changes available for a fee. Always recheck the exact rules for the fare family you select.
5. Season: the best prices I found are concentrated from late autumn through March.
Seoul will be cold in winter, and these are not cherry-blossom dates.
Prices rise in April, which is why the travel-period score is lower than the flight itself deserves.

Use the Skyscanner link to reproduce the search and compare the live vendor list. Mytrip was the cheapest option when checked.
Check Mytrip / vendor list →LOT was also available directly in the Skyscanner vendor list. I would lean toward the airline when the difference is reasonable, particularly because add-ons and baggage can price more cleanly. The checked-baggage fare was around €601 with 1 × 23 kg.
Open Skyscanner & choose LOT →These are the combinations I selected from the wider availability. 26 November – 09 December 2026 is the reference search. Fares can move quickly, so use each link to check the live price.
Excellent long-haul value: €491 return, nonstop both ways, LOT 787 and a very attractive direct-airline baggage option. The main thing holding the score back is seasonality: the strongest prices are during colder months, while April and the cherry-blossom period price noticeably higher.

Seoul is enormous, so there is no single “best” hotel area for everyone. For a first visit, I would mainly compare Myeongdong, Jongno / Insadong, Hongdae, Gangnam and Itaewon and choose based on what you want to do in the city.
Search broadly first, then narrow the results by neighbourhood. Staying near a subway station is often more useful than choosing a hotel purely because it looks centrally located on a map.
Where to stay in Seoul
For most first-time visitors, I would lean toward Myeongdong or Jongno. Hongdae is a great alternative if evenings, cafes and nightlife matter more.
Where to go next
Busan
Beaches, seafood markets, coastal temples and a completely different atmosphere from Seoul. Easy by KTX.
Gyeongju
One of the best cultural additions: royal tombs, temples and historic sites from Korea’s ancient Silla capital.
Jeju Island
Volcanic landscapes, hiking and coastal scenery. Best if you can spare several days and take a domestic flight.
Japan
Tokyo, Osaka or Fukuoka can make a very good second-country extension if your itinerary has enough breathing room.
Taiwan
Taipei is another practical regional add-on with frequent flights from the Seoul area.
For the 13-night reference trip, a very sensible plan would be 4–5 nights Seoul + 2 nights Gyeongju + 3–4 nights Busan, leaving some flexibility. I would add Jeju, Japan or Taiwan only if you are comfortable moving around more frequently.
