São Tomé is also a relatively unusual destination to find at this
price from Europe, making the fare much more interesting than a standard
short-haul sale.
This is the major weakness of the deal.

20-27 March 2027, so availability is extremely limited
compared with our usual published deals.
The lowest fare is also through
Kissandfly rather than directly with STP Airways.
Check the final payment-page price, baggage allowance and ticket conditions
carefully before purchasing.
March can also bring wetter conditions in São Tomé, while the
midnight outbound and early-morning return are not ideal timings.
The seller also displays a Flexible Ticket at approximately
€62 more than the cheapest fare.
The exact flexibility conditions should be reviewed carefully before
deciding whether the additional cost is worthwhile.
Do not assume that the word "Flexible" means fully refundable:
check the detailed change and cancellation terms at checkout.

The reference flight gives you 6 hotel nights on Sao Tome. For this kind of island trip, I would not automatically book all six nights in the capital. A much more interesting plan is to combine Sao Tome city or Praia Lagarto with one quieter coastal base in the north or west and a few nights in the greener south.
The official tourism accommodation directory lists hotels and guesthouses not only in Sao Tome city, but also around Praia Lagarto, Neves, Santana and Porto Alegre, so there are good options for building a simple multi-base island stay rather than commuting back to the capital every day.
Sao Tome works especially well as a small road-trip-style holiday. Rather than choosing one hotel for the whole week, moving once or twice lets you experience the capital, the more remote coast and the lush southern part of the island without turning every day into a long return journey.
Stay close to the capital after arrival. This is the easiest base for the first day, city sights, restaurants and getting organised before exploring farther.
Consider the Neves area or an eco-lodge-style stay farther from the city. This part of the trip is about coastline, plantations, nature and a much quieter atmosphere.
Finish in the south for a more tropical, relaxed base and easier access to beaches, rainforest landscapes and the southern side of the island.
Sao Tome is not a destination where I would spend seven days ticking off city attractions. The appeal is the combination of rainforest, coast, wildlife, plantations and small communities, so the accommodation plan should make it easy to explore different parts of the island.
Use the capital for the first or final part of the trip: markets, colonial-era architecture, restaurants and a gentle introduction before heading around the island.
Sao Tome's historic plantation estates are one of the island's defining experiences. Build at least one day around cacao, old rocas and the lush interior.
Keep several days deliberately unstructured for beaches, coastal drives, viewpoints and small fishing communities rather than trying to fill every hour.
The official tourism board promotes hiking, wildlife watching, snorkelling and nature experiences, all of which are easier to enjoy when you are not based exclusively in the capital.
With only six hotel nights, I would personally keep this particular trip focused on Sao Tome Island. There is already enough variety for the stay, and adding another island means extra logistics.
Dino itinerary idea: 2 nights Sao Tome city / Praia Lagarto + 2 nights around Neves or the north-west coast + 2 nights in the south.
