About this deal
This is a very strong RwandAir direct fare
from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Kigali from around €488–€495 return
with Mytrip via Skyscanner.
The reference trip is 5 November – 19 November 2026.
Both flights are direct and the fare includes an excellent
2 × 23 kg checked baggage allowance.
The outbound leaves Paris at 20:30 and arrives in Kigali at
06:00 the following morning,
while the return departs Kigali at 00:05
and arrives back in Paris at 07:55.
I found much broader availability than the original dates I had noted,
with several combinations around this fare level.
That makes this a stronger deal than the earlier €596 version I had previously advertised.
If you prefer to book directly with the airline,
RwandAir was showing around €554 return
for the same reference itinerary.

but the early arrival back in Paris is very convenient.

I previously advertised this route at around €596 return.
At €488–€495
the current fare is roughly €100 cheaper
while keeping the same key strengths:
direct flights and the very generous 2 × 23 kg checked baggage allowance.
The return leaves Kigali at 00:05. That is not a bad itinerary but remember the airport transfer will effectively happen late on the previous evening.
Booking options
This is the lowest fare range I found. It includes the same direct RwandAir itinerary and 2 × 23 kg checked baggage.
Around €59–€66 more than the Mytrip fare range. For travellers who prefer booking directly with the airline this is a very reasonable premium on a long-haul ticket.

A very strong direct long-haul fare with outstanding baggage broad availability and a much lower price than the same route was showing previously. The midnight return departure is the only real schedule compromise.

Longer stays make it easier to add wildlife or nature time without rushing

Check the exact map location recent reviews and road access Kigali is hilly and a hotel described as central can still be inconvenient without transport
Look for recent comments about reception door locks safes night staff lighting and how easy it is for non-guests to access the property
Check whether the room has intact screens mosquito nets air conditioning or other practical protection especially if you plan to travel beyond central Kigali
Choose properties with strong recent cleanliness reviews and be cautious with anything that appears poorly stored or prepared
Even in a generally safe city I would avoid isolated streets carrying valuables openly or walking unfamiliar routes late at night
Do not rely only on the overall score Read the newest negative reviews and look for repeated complaints about cleanliness noise security transfers or payment issues

With a 06:00 arrival and 00:05 departure reliable transfer arrangements matter more than usual

For a longer Rwanda trip I would prioritise activities where transport permits or local organisation genuinely save you time
