Availability is the issue: only three selected dates were found. The 06–13 September fare is extremely last minute, while 20–27 September rises to £106.
The 23:15 return arrival is also a little late, though still manageable.

For this one-week Tunisia trip, my pick is Medina Diar Lemdina Resort & Spa in Yasmine Hammamet. It is a well-rated 4-star resort close to the beach, with a private beach area, spa facilities and two swimming pools — a good fit if you want a simple all-inclusive week after the direct TUI flight.

Why I like this hotel + where to stay
Medina Diar Lemdina Resort & Spa is in Yasmine Hammamet,
the purpose-built resort district south of central Hammamet. It is a good choice if the priority is an easy
one-week beach holiday with meals included, pools, spa time and straightforward access to the coast.
For the reference search, the all-inclusive rate was around £942 total for 7 nights / 2 adults.
That works out at roughly £471 per person for the week, or around
£67 per person per night.
Yasmine Hammamet is around 8 km from central Hammamet, normally about
15 minutes by car, so you can still visit the old medina and central Hammamet easily.
Enfidha Airport transfer + getting around
Medina Diar Lemdina Resort & Spa is roughly 40–42 km from Enfidha-Hammamet Airport (NBE).
In normal traffic, expect around 35 minutes by car.
That makes Yasmine Hammamet one of the easier resort areas to reach after landing at Enfidha.
A taxi or pre-booked transfer is the simplest option, and once you are in Yasmine Hammamet you generally
do not need a rental car unless you plan to explore much farther around Tunisia.
