The cheapest fares are around €1,416-€1,449 via Mytrip / Lastminute on Skyscanner Malta,
using an English-language booking flow.
Qatar Airways itself is also available from the Skyscanner vendor list for around
€1,442-€1,516 return.
On the reference dates, the direct-airline premium is only about €26,
so Qatar Airways would clearly be my preferred booking.

Some other date combinations use a partner-operated Beirut → Doha / Doha → Beirut sector
and can produce a shorter return connection, although those connections still occur at inconvenient overnight hours.
The screenshots compare OTA and Qatar Airways options. Prices, operating airline and exact connection times can vary by date, so check the final itinerary before payment.
On the reference dates the cheapest OTA is around €1,416,
while Qatar Airways itself is only around €1,442.
For roughly €26 more, I would absolutely choose the direct-airline booking.
The long-haul Boeing 787 sectors are shown with 1-2-1 seating, full-flat beds and direct aisle access,
and the fare includes 40 kg checked baggage.
At this price, reaching Davao in genuine long-haul Business Class is excellent value.
Skyscanner displays the outbound as two stops because QR926 operates via Clark,
but Clark is shown as a technical stop on the same through flight.
It is therefore not the same as making a normal second connection and changing aircraft.
The bigger compromise is the return connection.
The reference itinerary has a 6h50 Doha layover, while shorter options found on other dates
can still involve connections in the middle of the night.
Also check the operating airline on the short Beirut → Doha sectors:
some combinations are partner-operated rather than Qatar Airways operated,
so the cabin product can differ from the 787 Business Class product on the long-haul sectors.
The cheapest fares are found through the Malta Skyscanner flow,
with an English-language booking process.
This is worth considering when the price difference becomes substantial,
but compare the final payment total and fare conditions carefully before paying.
Qatar Airways appears directly in the Skyscanner vendor list.
On the reference dates it is only around €26 more than the cheapest OTA,
so I would choose Qatar without hesitation.
On dates where the gap is larger, compare the savings against the convenience of dealing directly with the operating airline.
We found 17 useful combinations from August 2026 through February 2027. The 15-30 October itinerary is the reference and cheapest combination found. The 7-22 January option is included because it produced the shortest return routing we found.
An exceptional-value Business Class fare with Qatar's 1-2-1 full-flat 787 product on the long-haul sectors, a very attractive direct-airline price, 40 kg baggage and a through technical stop in Clark. The main weaknesses are the inconvenient return layovers and some partner-operated Beirut-Doha sectors on selected dates.
