Where to stay in Montego Bay

Montego Bay is one of Jamaica’s most popular beach destinations, but availability can become very limited during peak summer dates. For our sample trip from 25/07 to 04/08, we found only a small number of all-inclusive hotels available in Montego Bay.

The options are not cheap. The lowest-priced all-inclusive option we found was the 5-star Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach, rated 8.2, with prices from around £430 per night.

If two people are sharing, that works out at roughly £215 per person per night. That is expensive, but it does include the convenience of an all-inclusive beach stay, which can help control food and drink costs once you are there. Because availability is scarce, we strongly recommend checking accommodation before booking the flights.
